These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website located at adsagogo.ai (the "Site"), operated by CJ Seven Holdings, LLC, doing business as Adsagogo ("Adsagogo," "we," "us," or "our").
This Site is currently a pre-launch informational and marketing page. It describes the Adsagogo product, which is under development, and lets visitors learn about the platform and sign up to be notified when it becomes available. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What This Site Is (and Isn't)
Adsagogo is building an AI-powered marketing intelligence and Autopilot platform. That product is not yet generally available. This Site does not currently provide any software, account, subscription, integration, or paid service — pricing, plans, and features described on this Site represent our current plans and are subject to change before launch.
Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell, or a guarantee of the features, pricing, timeline, or availability of the future Adsagogo product. Buttons such as "Start Free Trial" are not yet connected to a live signup or billing flow. When the product launches, it will be governed by its own Terms of Service, which will supersede these Terms for that product.
2. Contact and Sign-Up Information
If you submit contact information through this Site (for example, to request launch updates or contact sales), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of the email address provided.
Submitting information through this Site does not create an account, a subscription, or any contractual relationship beyond receiving related communications from us, which you may unsubscribe from at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this information.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact information without their permission
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to submit forms on this Site repeatedly
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

The Site, including its text, design, logos, and the Adsagogo name and mark, is owned by CJ Seven Holdings, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without our prior written permission.

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
