CJ Seven Holdings, LLC, doing business as Adsagogo ("Adsagogo," "we," "us," or "our"), provides an AI-powered marketing intelligence and autonomous execution platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Adsagogo, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information: name, email address, password, business name, and billing details when you create an account or subscribe to a plan.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support, sales, or other inquiries.

1.2 Information From Connected Advertising & Business Accounts

When you connect a third-party account to Adsagogo — such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, or Klaviyo — we access data from that account through the provider's official API, including but not limited to:

  • Campaign, ad set, and ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and similar metrics)
  • Account structure needed to identify and act on specific campaigns
  • Website/app analytics data made available through connected analytics accounts
  • CRM and email marketing performance data from connected platforms

We access only the data and permissions necessary to provide the Service, and only for accounts you affirmatively connect. You can disconnect any account at any time in your Adsagogo settings, which revokes our ongoing access.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating forecasts, recommendations, and executive briefings
  • To power Adsagogo's AI features, including sending relevant account performance data to our AI processing provider (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate recommendations and written briefings
  • To execute Autopilot actions you have explicitly approved or that fall within guardrails you have configured, directly within your connected ad accounts
  • To maintain an audit log of all Autopilot decisions and actions for your review and for platform integrity
  • To process billing and payments through our payment processor
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
  • To improve and develop the Service, including training and refining our forecasting and recommendation models using aggregated or de-identified data where possible
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or violations of our Terms of Service

3. Autopilot and Automated Decision-Making

Adsagogo's Autopilot feature can execute changes to your connected ad accounts — such as adjusting budgets, pausing campaigns, or reallocating spend — either after your explicit approval or automatically within guardrails you configure. If you enable automatic execution, certain actions affecting your advertising accounts will be taken without case-by-case human review at the time of execution. You retain the ability to: (a) set the guardrails governing what Autopilot can do automatically; (b) view a full audit trail of every action taken; and (c) disable Autopilot or revert to manual approval at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: cloud hosting, database, AI processing (Anthropic), payment processing, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations
  • Connected platforms: Meta, Google, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and similar platforms you've connected, solely to read data and, if you've enabled Autopilot, to execute actions you've authorized
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Adsagogo, our users, or the public
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections

If you are an agency user managing multiple client brands, data for each brand profile is logically separated within your account and is not shared across unrelated Adsagogo customers.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and performance data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Autopilot audit logs are retained for an extended period to preserve a complete record of automated actions taken on your behalf. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 7.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secrets management for API credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. This includes rights available to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA and to individuals in the EU/UK under the GDPR, where applicable.

8. Children's Privacy

Adsagogo is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete that information.

9. International Data Transfers

Adsagogo is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
